The pools had plenty of sun beds available. That was acceptable.
The drinks tasted watered down. guest services was not helpful at all. i could not book the restaurants. It was a frustrating conversation. overall, i felt the stay was not worth the money.

the resort provided a long, pristine beach. this beach was dedicated to the hotel. it included ample space for lounging. i found beach bars there with a background view of fine mountains.
the food at the restaurants, apart from breakfast, was not good. i was told that the spa was fully booked. this was a huge disappointment. i think the hotel stay was not worth the money.

I noticed that some areas around the outdoor dining space experienced insect activity at night..

amazing beach villa upgrade!

we had an amazing upgrade to a beach villa, this happened without even asking. the view directly faced the beach, it was so fine! my kids completely fell in love with it immediately. yassin at the reception desk was helpful and always smiling. the food was also amazing with many choices available.
The wallpaper looked a bit worn with some patches. it's nothing too serious but worth mentioning.

The kitchen offers a wide variety of options at all meal times. Special themes are present too. the curry night stood out as particularly good, offering many authentic dishes. everything tasted fresh and well-prepared..

The beaches and pool areas were clean and very well managed. Drinks were plentiful from the numerous bars around the resort. i had easy access to nice cocktails with prompt service. towel service was quick and efficient.

the breakfast had good options, so thats something. it was pretty standard stuff, but it was there and ready.
i have to mention the pools was not great. it felt more like a bath than a refreshing escape from the heat and there was no service, i had to walk to get my own drinks.
